David Walker

David Walker received a bachelor degree in Architecture at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Architecture at Yale University in 1983. After graduation he worked for Skidmore Owings and Merrill in New York before moving to London to become Design Principal at Swanke Hayden Connell in 1989.
David established David Walker Architects in 2002 and the office has completed numerous high profile, award winning projects in London including One Coleman Street, Bow Bells House, 75 York Road, and Riverbank House. Current projects include The Heron, due for completion in 2013.
Prior to setting up DWA, David was responsible for the London headquarters of Deutsche Bank (1995-1998), and the Merrill Lynch Financial Centre in London (1996-2001).
