David Walker Architects is an award winning architectural practice based in London. Since its foundation in 2002, the practice has been responsible for a wide range of projects including offices, hotels, residential, cultural and academic buildings. 

Recent projects include One Coleman Street, the new headquarters for Legal and General in the City of London, a new 5 star Hotel in Knightsbridge for Bulgari Hotels and Resorts, Bow Bells House, a 220,000 sq ft office building in the City of London, Riverbank House, the Man Group's new 425,000sq ft headquarters in the City of London, and the redevelopment of Milton Court, adjacent to the Barbican a 36 storey residential tower combined with a new concert hall, theatre and academic facilities for the Guildhall School. 

Current schemes include One Water Lane, a new 310,000 sq ft office building along the Thames near the Tower of London, St Dunstan’s House, a new 76 unit residential development on Fetter Lane.
